General terms and conditions

The following membership and user fees apply as of 01.01.2021:

  • For regular membership: 80,- € per year (incl. VAT of 19%)

  • For the regular membership of freelancers including the use of the freelancer pool: 80,- € per year plus 19% VAT = 95,20 €.

  • For dormant membership: 20,- € (incl. 19% VAT): This is to be applied for individually, in case someone is e.g. on parental leave/time off etc., but wants to keep the profile.

  • Contributer price (MitWirkung*): 50% reduction (see explanations below*)

  • In the case of Special Offer Campaigns, the current communicated rates/fees apply.

The regular membership fee is debited in two instalments of 40,- € per calendar year (usually at the end of January and July). The calendar year is the period from 01.01. to 31.12. of a year.

Payment of the membership fee shall be made by direct debit, for which the issuing of a direct debit authorisation with current account details, with IBAN and BIC code is necessary. For this purpose, the direct debit form must either be completed online or returned to the office by post or e-mail.

By accepting the current GTC, the above annual fee is authorised.

The creditor identification number for the SEPA direct debit procedure is DE74ZZ00000118723.

The above prices also apply if other means of payment (such as PayPal) are introduced.

Members may terminate their membership by giving two weeks' notice to the end of the year. This is to be done in writing by e-mail to the office. Passive non-use or non-payment does not replace termination. Exception: The free trial membership ends automatically if no direct debit mandate has been issued. Cancellation will be implemented at the end of the year. The profile data on the website will be deleted.

*MitWirkung

For the following forms of co-beneficiaries, a 50 percent reduction in fees is currently planned. This is done by waiving the second half of the contribution, usually after review by the office.

  • Co-impact by taking over certain co-impact packages after consultation:

Co-activity & organisation of new and regular spin bars or regular involvement in the editing of the job portal or other website areas.

  • Mentoring:

members with several years of professional experience can accompany younger members as mentors when they start their careers.

  • Recruiting new members:

Recruit new members: A successful recommendation of 1 paying member for the Spinnen-Netz must be actively reported to the office via email in order to receive the reduction for the debiting of the second half of the fee.

Further forms of cooperation can be requested from the office.
